Process AutomatedAutomation planning for repeated admin
About & method

Map the work before automating it.

Process Automated explains process mapping and automation planning in practical terms and provides an email-first route for discussing a real requirement.

How work begins

Process mapping records the actual trigger, steps, decisions, exceptions, systems and owners in the words used by the team. The current process is observed before an ideal future flow is drawn.

How recommendations are made

Automation candidates are compared by repetition, rule clarity, data sensitivity, exception rate and reversibility. A simpler form, hand-off rule or responsibility change may be recommended before software.

How changes are controlled

Any build keeps human approvals visible, records failures and assigns an owner for monitoring. The map and acceptance checks are agreed before a live workflow replaces manual work.

What this site is for

This site covers process mapping and automation planning. It is not a promise that a mapped process is ready to automate or that human judgement can be removed safely.
